Paid off, not received

Hello, I initially bought and paid for the item,
but the purchase was not shown as completed for me. So I then bought the item again. On the second purchase, the
order was confirmed correctly.
Now, however, I have been charged twice.
Could you please check whether the first payment also went through to you,
and refund the amount
that was paid twice?

Mentor2 weeks agoHello @sivcen46 the first payment hasn’t come through, so it’s stuck; that’s why there’s only one purchase, the second one.
You’ll get the first payment back directly from Klarna, which can take up to 10 days; check your account from time to time to see whether it’s there.
