Change pickup to shipping, already paid
I offered up a grill for pickup. The item has been paid for. But the buyer writes that he made a mistake and lives over 600 km away. I’m supposed to ship the grill. He’ll pay for the shipping. How can I change my listing to shipping and pickup?

as @bootyooty already wrote to you, you can’t change offers after the sale anymore.
You can of course make a different arrangement with the buyer outside of Ebay, but if there are any problems, you’ll both be left out in the rain and nobody can help you. Without the seller’s pickup code, it can happen that you have to wait up to 30 days for your money.

thanks for the info. I’ve worked out the shipping costs and will have them paid first. Only then will I send off the old good piece.

Cancel the purchase, refund the money, then you can relist it with shipping, the buyer can buy again, pay, and you can ship after the payment comes in
