Sender Address
I moved years ago and changed my address in my eBay account. Still, new listings keep showing the old shipping location, and for pickup it shows the new ZIP code with the old city. Does anyone know how to change that? Best regards

did you change your delivery address and your pickup address and mark the delivery address as preferred?
You have to set that in your account.

I’ve already done that. I changed the address both in the personal data and in the settings under the sender and return address. The new address is marked as preferred, and I also completely deleted the old one. Still, the old location keeps being shown for new listings.

OP1 week agoYes, the delivery address is also the new one and marked as preferred. I’ve also already logged out and back in, as well as deleted the app and reinstalled it. Unfortunately, the old location is still shown for new ads. I’m starting to run out of ideas.
