Good morning, I have reported an absence. But it is not shown in my offers, only a different delivery date. Is that always the case? Confusing for the buyer!! Thank you very much!

Confusing - or rather annoying for buyers - are also articles descriptions created with AI ...

apart from that, I can never understand why you keep listings running or even relist them when you can't ship immediately or within the stored processing time (an absence still isn't shown to me) ... not to mention that you also have to respond immediately to problems with items that have already been shipped - is that guaranteed during your absence ?

I just looked at 3 of your offers and don't see any absence setting.

When did you activate it? As far as I know, there's a 30-minute lead time here.
