Hello,I sold a digital code for a PS5 game almost 3 weeks ago.The "buyer" received the code via eBay message.Today, on 12/03, a dispute was opened, apparently by the real owner of the account.eBay naturally wants to charge the money back (30€) ... Unfortunately, it's very difficult to reach customer service here. I answered the dispute, but what else can I generally do?File a report?Hope for eBay's goodwill?many thanks
