Hello everyone,I need to vent a bit here and warn the community about a scam as well as the current behavior of customer service.I bought a wetsuit on eBay that was explicitly listed in the description as Unisex XL. When the item arrived, the big disappointment: the cut, fit, and manufacturer specifications clearly correspond to a women's model in XL. As is well known, women's and men's measurements in diving are completely different - a women's XL is absolutely unusable for a man. The seller deliberately deceived me here.But the real drama is the eBay buyer protection: the system set me a deadline to respond to the case. But instead of waiting for that deadline, eBay closed the case early and without any consultation with me. I didn't even get the chance to upload evidence photos or ask questions.I have now made it unmistakably clear to eBay: I do not accept this arbitrary closure. If eBay does not correct the case and refund my money, I will relist the suit here on the platform with exactly the same false description from the seller. If the next buyer makes a complaint, the liability lies entirely with eBay, since they looked the other way. I also reserve the right to take legal action.Has anyone ever experienced eBay setting a deadline and then simply closing the case before that?
