Hello, I regularly buy in the US and use a shipping service (group purchase/export) to Germany
for the customs list, the sender data of the seller is required.
And that’s exactly where the problem lies: eBay has not been providing the seller data (in any case) for about 2-3 years.

Using the help path has helped from time to time... the AI in the chat is awful, assumes I want to return something.
how do I get this under control?

Mentor1 month agoAnd why don't you just ask the seller? I don't think eBay will give you this data that easily.
