Hello, there is currently a (new?) scam by private sellers when you buy multiple items from one seller.eBay then charges shipping costs separately for each item! If, as a buyer, you then request the total amount so that you do not pay the shipping costs twice or three times (i.e. separately for each item), the seller simply ignores this request and seriously (!) hopes that the buyer will now pay for each item individually! The seller then of course ships all items together (!) for the lowest flat shipping rate!!...and thus pockets the shipping costs paid twice / three times!, basically as extra compensation if the items have only sold at the listing price (from 1 euro), for example!! eBay should generally force private sellers to offer combined shipping for multiple purchases, in order to prevent exactly this kind of shipping-cost fraud! Has anyone here in the community already had experience with something like this? taurus
