I wanted to complete a purchase, but all payment methods are greyed out / inactive.
Already switched browsers, checked my account, everything looks fine.
What else can I do?

OP2 weeks agoFor all items. When I tick the box for "pay with credit", everything becomes inactive right away.

in the following cases, Ebay balance cannot be used for payment:
However, there are cases in which your eBay balance is not available when paying. For example, if:
Your account is not yet verified.
The transaction amount is higher than 2,000 EUR.
You have already paid more than 2,000 EUR with eBay balance in the last 24 hours.
You have already paid more than 5,000 EUR with eBay balance in the last 30 days.
You have tried to complete the payment process too often in a short time.
The item is not listed on ebay.de.
The currency of the payment amount is not EUR.
Maybe that helps.

OP2 weeks agoThe error occurs with ALL items, no matter what I want to buy. I had my balance paid out, so the whole thing is settled, thanks anyway for the effort.
