All funds from all sales withheld for about 1 month

Hello everyone,
as the title says, all my funds from sales have been being withheld for about 1 month now. Even the ones that say they will be available 3 days after delivery are being withheld (even though it has already been more than 3 days since delivery). I can’t see any reason for this, and there are no account restrictions either. Could the problem be that a few old sales are not marked as delivered, even though tracking has already confirmed delivery? Can this process be manually restarted? I haven’t gotten any help from customer service, neither by phone call nor by email. I was told yesterday that I would be contacted by email about this yesterday, but I still haven’t been contacted as of today.
I appreciate any help.

In Seller Cockpit Pro, you can view the individual sellers and also the holds under Payments - All transactions. There you will also find a reason why the hold exists or when the payout is expected to take place. For May 14 and May 15, a payout is scheduled in each case.
I took a look at some of the holds. You sent most of the items as registered mail. This works well within Germany, but unfortunately I could not find proof of delivery from abroad for this shipping method. DHL did track the handover to abroad, but I could not find proof of delivery with location and date from the respective shipping service provider abroad. For this reason, the funds are then held for a period of time. This ensures that the transaction runs safely and smoothly for both the buyer and you.
I understand that you chose a cheaper alternative for shipping. Nevertheless, I would like to give you the tip to check this shipping method at least for international shipments. The items are not insured as registered mail, and some of them do have a fairly high value. In addition, not all countries yet have the option to track letters and registered mail. As a result, proof of delivery is waited for in vain and the proceeds can only be released at a later date.
