Bought something as a guest and return
Hello,
I bought something as a guest that I now want to return because the item does not match the description.
eBay has already contacted the seller (commercial). However, they still haven’t gotten back to me yet.
What should I do now? According to the rules, I should contact eBay, but unfortunately I keep getting redirected to the chatbot, which gives me a few suggestions and then I end up back here again.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Mentor3 weeks agoFor guest purchases, we can't help here for data protection reasons. Check the legal notice; there's also a phone number there you can call.
