As a buyer, find out the seller's name and address after the "award" | Members help members

The seller canceled the sale after the auction ended and after I had paid (supposedly the item was no longer in stock or was damaged) and relisted the item at a higher price (the money came back). When I confronted him, the reply was: "I canceled the previous sale after further research and relisted the item. Sorry about that! ...". I think that’s pretty low (possibly even bordering on fraud?) That’s why I considered taking legal action against the seller, and found that I can’t find a real name and address. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I can find them? (maybe I’m just not getting it) - or is that actually difficult to do. Thanks in advance for any responses.Thomas
