Case No. 5373876047 Order number 23-14170-73913 Hello! I hope to get an answer here on how I can get the case reviewed again. I filed an appeal against eBay's decision because I am not aware of any fault on my part. A buyer reported that an item that was sent as an uninsured letter at his request did not arrive. Unfortunately, I received a rejection of this appeal using standard text blocks. Therefore, I have to assume that the text of my appeal was not taken into account at all and thus not considered. Could someone please comment on how I can proceed now. Thank you very much! Here is the text of my appeal: Hello! I asked the buyer again whether the item had arrived, and unfortunately received no response. Apart from that, I sell my items as a private individual, and therefore the buyer bears the shipping risk. The buyer himself chose the option “uninsured shipping as a letter” even though the option of registered mail or an insured parcel was also offered by me. Therefore, I am sorry if the shipment was probably lost in the mail, but I am in no way at fault for that. I hope that this case will therefore be decided in my favor. Kind regards
