View old invoices from 2024
Hello, I need my invoices for 2024, unfortunately they currently only go up to 2025
How can I view or print out the old invoices? How long is it legally required that you can access the invoices?

OP1 week agoThank you very much for the reply, I found the invoices. But only invoices from 2025 are being shown and I need 2024 for my tax audit.

Mentor1 week agoActually, all invoices belong in accounting as a commercial seller and should not be "parked" on eBay, because they are not available there forever.
Since Nina apparently did not receive the markings, we are asking the employee who is present now whether she can do something for you.

by default, the eBay invoices are currently only available for download retroactively back to January 2025.
Whether and how you can obtain older invoices from eBay, the lovely @nina@ebay can certainly explain to you, thanks Nina. ❤️
eBay probably has to keep the issued invoices on file for the tax authorities for a longer period of time. But that doesn’t mean they generally have to make them available to you for that period. -> Just my personal opinion, not tax advice.
In general, it’s advisable for a commercial seller to download the invoices promptly and archive them yourself.
