Alleged violations of fundamental principles
Summary: panoramashop_de reports that their listings are suddenly taken offline without explanation, supposedly due to policy violations. They note that similar listings from other users are not affected and criticize the faulty review by an AI. perfect-sally suggests using the contact details in the legal notice or sending callback requests to the bot multiple times, in the hope that the AI will eventually respond.
My listings are suddenly taken offline out of nowhere because they’re supposedly violating the guidelines.
However, they don’t violate any guidelines in the slightest. Other users list the same products multiple times without them being taken offline.
Even after trying several times to find out exactly what’s supposed to be wrong, you get no response. It’s impossible to reach a staff member.
Have you had similar experiences?
Do you know what one can do about it or how to speak to a staff member?
The review is carried out exclusively by AI and is apparently massively error-prone.

However, what others offer should not concern you because your account is at risk.
eBay has a legal notice where, among other things, you can find a phone number that you can call yourself.
In addition, eBay says that if you tell the bot several times that you want a callback, the AI will eventually get it.
