Offer settings tool - Error: Offer cannot be edited
Since 29.6.2026, when I want to edit my top-seller listing, I get the error message
" Unfortunately, we are having problems with the listing tool - please try again later"
Since 29.6., eBay is also asking me to top up the quantities, even though that isn't possible at all.
This listing is my absolute TOP listing. I guess you could call that "revenue prevention on eBay's part".
I'm pretty angry and desperate that this error can't be fixed after 5 days. Every now and then I was able to get into the listing, and I also changed quantities, but when saving, this error message came up again.
Strangely enough, these changes do appear in the listing online, but the quantities have not been updated.
If anyone is having a similar problem, please respond to this post so that eBay puts more effort into fixing this error.
