I created an offer and after pressing the button " Post offer for free" a red field appears with a note about payment methods.

What else is missing here to finally post the listing?

So far I haven’t sold anything here yet.

Your bank account is on file and also verified? And you have to agree to eBay payment processing and accept these payment methods.
