Offer no longer active
Summary: A discussion was opened about an offer that is no longer active. dadrag5646 is discussing this with meinehexe11 and perfect-sally, but without giving specific details or solutions.
Hello everyone,
I posted my first listing on E-Bay a few days ago.
After uploading it, I was quickly informed by E-Bay that my listing violated the guidelines, specifically the one against sharing links to external sites. They were links to a graphics card manufacturer's site and a price comparison site, if that's relevant.
I then corrected my listing accordingly, removed the links, and also received a confirmation email saying that the listing is now okay.
Unfortunately, the listing itself has apparently not been findable since then. It is shown as "Active" in the seller cockpit, but I keep getting an error message along the lines of "nothing can be found" when I click the listing. I also get an error message when I try to edit the listing.
My question now is: is the listing actually active, and if so, how do I solve the problem?

Mentor2 months agoYou can/should end this so-called offer if it's still possible.
And then you'll probably have to create a new offer, whether you like it or not.

Mentor2 months agoHi, hi.
The listing is no longer active. I can see it, and when I click on the item, it says the item cannot be found.
@verena@ebay could you please take a look?
