Hello, I am a commercial seller based in Slovenia (EU) and my listings on ebay.de have been blocked due to VAT requirements.I have a valid Slovenian VAT identification number. B2B sales are processed via the reverse charge procedure. B2C sales are declared via the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) procedure in Slovenia.I have no warehouse or business premises in Germany.The problem is that my eBay account doesn't offer an option to enter or confirm my VAT ID number or OSS participation. As a result, my selling activities have been restricted.Has anyone had a similar problem or know how the VAT/OSS audit is carried out for EU sellers? Thank you very much, Nino .
