Offers cannot be purchased, only watched
Hello dear community, all of my listings can no longer be purchased all at once (I only noticed because of a customer inquiry), they can only be added to the watchlist now. I’m a commercial seller, my shop is not in vacation mode, all fees are paid, and there were still orders a few days ago.... that’s totally strange. Does anyone have an explanation for this? What can I do?

Just log out of Ebay and see if you can buy your items then.

And when you look at your own listings, of course you can’t buy them, and there’s also no button for that visible in your own account.
And one more thing: where are your right of withdrawal and your privacy policy? Cease-and-desist letters are expensive ;)

Mentor2 weeks agoNo, nothing is preset on eBay. Sellers are responsible themselves for the information required by law.
Under Settings - Settings for commercial sellers, you can find the place for the respective details.
And as voli-maus already wrote, your address can't be right at all:
Prats de Montenes, 09320, Massat, Germany - that address does not exist in Germany!
