OP3 weeks agoI've been using Mozilla Firefox for 35 years, including with eBay, too - all blockers turned off! ??

Mentor3 weeks agoWell, I had used FF for many years too, and then all of a sudden it started causing nothing but problems on eBay.
For quite a while now I’ve been using Chrome, and everything with eBay is fine.

OP3 weeks agosure, I know that Chrome just merges everything together and that's why many things work better, but apparently all data is also visible everywhere.

it may well be that you don't want to use Chrome for understandable reasons. But this is, after all, the browser preferred by Ebay.
I would at least try it briefly to see whether it works that way. But that's your decision, which no one can make for you.

OP3 weeks agoI've always used FF and so far everything has eventually worked at some point, even if not always right away. Anyone who signs in there just once with Google Chrome is forever irreversibly connected with Google and a lot of other Google stuff and permanently stored, inseparably. But in this case I can hardly imagine, from a technical point of view, that it can be due to the browser, because the checkbox itself is there; it just can't be configured, and that points to a software block on eBay's side directly, which must have a reason. So it would be necessary to complain to or ask eBay itself, but I've never found a way to get to eBay. - If you are an experienced eBay admin, you should be able to tell me how I can reach eBay support? (because I can't imagine that these ladies on the phone in service have any idea about such things? regards, e.f.l. - AND by the way: greetings from Swabia/Bavaria!!

OP3 weeks agono error message - the little box on eBay on the settings page - for selecting the offer format just stays light gray and can't be clicked or changed
