Arrived but still marked as delivered, haven't received any money yet
Hello, I sent two pictures to Portugal. The buyer has already received the product, but on eBay, under status, it says it has not yet been delivered. What should I do now to get the money?

what does the shipping provider's tracking say about the shipping and delivery status?
Did you enter the tracking number in the order?
