Confirm receipt of the package
Summary: dcwnz71 reports that he has a problem with a sale on eBay because the shipping label did not allow insured shipping, so the package was sent directly via the post office. Although the item was delivered according to the customer, eBay still shows "Not delivered," and he is looking for a way to confirm delivery and receive payment. petersmodellbahnstuebchen asks whether the tracking number has been stored in eBay and points out that without shipment and delivery tracking, payout can be delayed due to buyer protection.
Hello everyone, I sold and shipped an item.
Since eBay only offered me a shipping label without insured shipping, I dropped off my item at the post office myself and sent it to the buyer.
The item has now been with the customer since Thursday, but it still says “Not delivered” for me, logically because it uses the eBay shipping label.
So far I haven’t found a solution for how I can change this or how I can get my money.
Thanks a lot for your help!

Without shipment and delivery proof, it can take up to 30 days for the payout to be processed.

did you actually enter your own tracking number on eBay?
Was it with shipment and delivery tracking?
If not, due to buyer protection, you’ll now have to wait a while longer for the payout.
Best wishes from the Baltic Sea
