Hello, I have a problem with a buyer. He accepted and opened my package. Then he contacted me saying that he declared my item completely unusable and defective! At first he made it clear to me that the drawer had no function and that a piece had broken off, and that the two pins on the plug were completely bent, and that he would hire an electrician on Monday, but I find this unbelievable if he then wants to send the item back afterward. However, I have photos and a video documenting the item’s perfect condition! He now wants to withdraw from the purchase and send the item back. Who can tell me that he didn’t already own the same product before and is now sending his defective device back to me with the statement "The item did not correspond to the offer description of the perfect condition"! I don’t know how the shipping carrier handled the package either. However, in the description I forgot to exclude returns as well as warranty or guarantee claims, since I had assumed my item was in flawless new condition! Does anyone have a tip on how I should proceed now?
