I sold an item on ebay and created a shipping label for the shipment via DHL. When I wanted to drop off the package at Post/DHL, I was told that they could not accept the package because there was an error with the label. The same happened at a second Post/DHL branch. I then created another label on ebay and that worked perfectly. However, the cancellation of the first label was rejected, so now I have paid postage twice - 2 x 14.49 euros. Who can help me. Thanks
