Number 30 reached soon
Today I received a message that I’ll soon have sold 30 items and that a report may be made to the tax office. However, I have 2 purchases that were canceled but were not removed from the item count. Unfortunately, I can’t contact eBay directly and the assistant isn’t really any help

The items were sold, weren't they? So for now they count.
Cancelled sales, however, are not counted in the calculation.
And you can contact eBay directly at any time if you follow the contact info in the legal notice.
And you still have plenty of items listed for sale, so why would 2 more or less make any difference now?
