Number of return labels in case of cancellation
Summary: kl350 reports a problem with returning an order that was delivered in two boxes. After cancelling the purchase, he only received a QR code from eBay for the return via Hermes, although multiple labels were needed. Neither Hermes nor the eBay hotline could help, so in the end he taped the parcels together into one so he could send them back.
A seller sends me the goods in two boxes.
Because we need a different quality, the purchase is revoked.
After the cancellation, I get a QR code from eBay to return THE parcels via Hermes.
At Hermes, there is exactly one return label and no way to print a second label.
eBay’s hotline couldn’t help me either.
In the end, I went back once more and taped the parcels together into one package.
