A carefully created sales ad is automatically deleted immediately after 'publish'. (Gardena gardening tool, nothing prohibited!) This happened several times in a row. What can I do to post ads?

Could it maybe be a device with a battery? Then take a look and see whether it’s even allowed to be sold.
