App Problem
Hi, there was an update to the eBay app this week, and after that it stopped working.
The next day there was another update, then it worked for a short time, but now it doesn’t anymore.
Who can I contact?

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @recycle1220 try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That usually fixes a problem with the app.

Mentor3 weeks agoHi @recycle1220 I'll pass it on to the eBay employee present, and she can forward it to the relevant colleagues or maybe even has some advice for you.
Have you already completely uninstalled the app and installed it again? People have already read that this at least worked in part.
