Hello everyone. I have the problem that a 3D printer is not working properly. It has now been out of action for 5 months and I am in contact with the manufacturer and seller, however their stance is "We supply spare parts, nothing more."The purchase was on May 18, 2025, so I cannot open a normal eBay case.The seller refuses to take the item back, despite several repair attempts through replacement of spare parts, firmware update and also downgrade, and countless hours. What can I do?
