Item intentionally damaged, wants a refund
Unfortunately, I got a woman who bought shoes from me that I never wore because I’m allergic to the fabric , the woman received the item and is now claiming she wants a refund of the entire cost (her profile is full of reviews from people where she did the same thing) . She deliberately tampered with the shoes, just like with the other people in her reviews .
How do I react now ? I have already reported her to Ebay with all the evidence, but nothing seems to be happening, the Ebay assistant says I have to agree to the return .

Mentor9 months agoRücksendeschein stellen und nach Rückerhalt erstatten! Machst du das nicht wird ebay es übernehmen und du bekommst einen Mangel ins Konto.
Wenn du die Manipulation eindeutig mit Beweisen nachweisen kannst, kannst du ausserhalb von ebay dagegen vorgehen.

Kannst auch gerne mal die Artikelnummer nennen, dann kann auch ein MA - mal unabhängig von Deinem Fall - nachsehen.
