Item received, feedback received - eBay won't pay out

I sold two items. One without tracking and one with it.
The tracking hasn’t been updated by the post office for 8 days, even though the item has arrived and the buyer has already rated me and the item. I also received confirmation of receipt from him by message.
The same thing with the sale without tracking. I have the buyer’s rating and confirmation.
What can I or the buyers do so that eBay pays me the money?
You can forget about customer service, standard AI text about how this normally goes...

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the shipment data on the Deutsche Post website. As long as no delivery of the shipment is visible there, no early release of the payout can take place either.
For orders without a delivery scan by the transport service or without a stored shipment number, the payments are automatically released within 31 days after the buyer has paid. Until then, I have to ask for your patience.

I don’t know the current status of your seller account, and my crystal ball can’t tell me whether there have already been problems in the past.
But you currently have few ratings as a seller. So it may well be that Ebay is holding your payouts for up to 30 days, keyword buyer protection.
In general, I can only advise you to always ship with proof of delivery and dispatch. Just out of interest: what kind of tracked shipping was it? Limited tracking or tracking with proof of delivery?

Mentor2 months agoTracking is actually always lagging behind on eBay. For this item, please provide the item number and maybe we can get the ball rolling.
If it’s shipped without a tracking number, it can take up to 30 days before payment is made.
Ratings and confirmations from buyers do not count and also do not speed up the payout.

OP2 months agoI don’t know my status either, only that everything always went correctly, even recently with the other tracking numbers and the money was there 1, 2 days later.
Basically, I also play it safe, but with the post office a colleague didn’t understand the shipping method and wasn’t able to cancel the parcel and enter it again.

in the offer you mentioned, shipping was specified as a Hermes parcel and that is part of the contract. Why did you deviate from that and what does the post office have to do with shipping via Hermes?

You yourself included Hermes parcel shipping in your offer.
Did you perhaps send it via Deutsche Post with basic tracking? In that case, it’s only scanned at the delivery center, i.e. you don’t have proper proof of delivery.
