Item arrived, ticket open, payout not possible
Summary: dungv17 reports that a buyer opened a ticket because an item allegedly didn’t arrive, even though the tracking shows it was delivered to a neighbor. Hello,
The buyer opened a ticket because the item had not arrived, after which I updated the tracking and the item was supposedly delivered to a neighbor.
The buyer said he didn’t get anything from the neighbor at all. However, the ticket is still open, and I can’t cash out my money.
I contacted the buyer; he said he doesn’t know what he should do and that it’s not my problem anymore because I’ve done my part. Still, he has to open a ticket to ask for help.
What should I do now?
