I sold this iPad on 19/04.https://www.ebay.de/itm/318172380635The iPad arrived with the buyer on 23/04.The tracking data says that the package was damaged and repackedby DHL.On 23/04, the buyer opens a return because the item does not match the description andsends me pictures showing obvious transport damage.He says I should take the iPad back and deal with DHL myself.I shipped the iPad in the carton from OTTO Versand, just as I received it.Well padded, etc.The original packaging looks like a truck drove over it. So the shipping carton itself must also have beenbadly damaged.Apparently the iPad packaging was also opened and the iPad would not be new.When you enter the serial no. at Apple, it shows that the device has never been activated.Whether there is even still an iPad in the packaging, the buyer does not want or cannot tell me !Besides, he also does not want to send me any photos of the shipping carton.The iPad was shipped exactly in the same condition as shown in the auction photos.Now the buyer is threatening me with a negative rating and I am supposed to also cover the return shipping costs .What do I do now? If the buyer now sends me an empty package or a defective iPad withoutthe original shipping carton!
