Item already shipped and received
I already shipped the item - without printing the label from eBay. According to the tracking number, it also arrived with the buyer yesterday at 10:30 a.m., yet eBay still says: not shipped yet???
Who at eBay corrects this info so that I can get the payment amount released?

you can add the tracking number yourself in your orders if you buy a label outside of eBay:

Mentor1 week agoRight in the article it says add tracking number. And if it’s sent by letter, I wouldn’t store DHL as the shipping provider, but Deutsche Post.
If you buy your labels through eBay, it’s already entered automatically.

Mentor1 week agoeBay tracking is constantly lagging behind. And right now, just 1 day means nothing at all.
In addition, you have no ratings as a seller and are of course listed as a new seller. Even after a confirmed delivery (which it isn’t yet), payout can sometimes come later.
Just wait a bit longer, and if nothing happens, contact customer service.
