Item paid for, but purchase wasn't registered??
Hi, I bought a PC case on eBay yesterday from a commercial seller, the money was transferred through the system now, but the purchase wasn’t registered with me or with them in any way... What should I do?

if the money has been debited but the purchase doesn’t appear in the eBay account, there are 3 possibilities
purchased as a guest without logging in, then you should have received an email to the eMail address provided at purchase
purchased with a different account (possibly created by mistake when logging in with Facebook or Google data)
the payment failed ... this actually happens very often, the money should then be refunded in a few days

Did you buy it with this account or accidentally while not logged in as a guest, or with another account?

OP1 month agoI just don't know whether I did it as a guest or not, I think rather not. I paid by bank transfer

who was the bank transfer sent to? To Ebay or to the seller? Direct payments to the seller are not allowed on Ebay.

Mentor1 month agoOn eBay, there are the payment methods shown, and definitely no bank transfer, because for that you need the seller’s details, which are not allowed to be disclosed.
If anything, you probably paid with Klarna, and it often happens that payments fail there.

Mentor1 month ago@abdubaitu after paying on eBay - all payments go directly to eBay - you’ll receive an email about the purchase. Did you get that one or not?
