Item defective, commercial seller is not responding
Hi everyone,
In February 2026, I bought a charger from a commercial seller, and it is already defective now. I contacted them several times regarding a warranty claim, but they are not responding. What are the next steps? Many thanks in advance.

Mentor2 weeks agoThere’s nothing more you can do through eBay, and eBay is also not responsible for your consumer rights.
If it was paid with PayPal and it’s been less than 180 days since the purchase, you can try opening a dispute there.
