Item does not match the description, hazardous shipping
The item, Bosch E-bike frame battery, does not match the listing. I have a Bosch E-bike with a frame battery, so I accepted the offer. The battery was not shipped as dangerous goods. It is not interchangeable with the existing frame battery. The seller is refusing to accept a return.

In the first case, the seller can’t refuse at all.... provided you opened a case.
