Item received, DHL letter has not confirmed delivery
I bought an item by DHL letter with tracking number and also received it!
But DHL did not confirm the delivery. As a result, the seller does not get the payment from me credited!
Is there a way on eBay to mark the delivery as "received"?
Can anyone help me?!

Mentor3 weeks agoThere is no DHL letter! And when and whether the seller receives their payout is not up to you.
With letters there is only basic tracking and no proper proof of delivery. Without this, it simply takes until the payout.
And no, there is no option on eBay to mark as received; that is what shipment tracking and proper proof of delivery are for, with tracked shipping and proof of delivery.

Your seller needs to sort that out with eBay themselves, they’ll just have to wait longer for the payout, but that’s not your fault.
If it was a letter with basic tracking, then only the delivery/scan is made at the recipient’s branch, but the carrier does not document delivery to the mailbox; that only works with registered mail with delivery confirmation.
