Item does not appear in my sales list
My sold item does not appear in the sales list and I can't create the invoice for a buyer.

·3 weeks agoI have the same problem. Items sold on 14/9, but they don’t show up in orders and are stuck on active. I also can’t send the buyer a total invoice. In the meantime, he’s paid for two things he bought earlier, and then I’m left footing the shipping costs, because if he does end up buying the items, I can’t charge shipping twice. It wasn’t his fault anyway, but Ebay’s failure, who supposedly wanted to fix it after a call yesterday — yeah right, nothing has happened so far

OP3 weeks agoBut because of that, I can’t send a total invoice....2 items have already been paid for by the buyer. The item stays fixed in the active list.

Mentor3 weeks agoEbay changed something there some time ago! The item appears in your order list once it has been paid for.
