Item purchased, but no goods or response received.
Hello
I bought a new airbrush from a private seller on 28/08/2026.
Paid via PayPal 5 minutes later.
Since then, no reply to emails, no shipping notification, etc.
I've messaged him every 2 days, no more response, we had written by email before the purchase.
When can I claim the money back, or how long do you have to wait.
