Item purchased, payment made, but the purchase still doesn't show up anywhere
Summary: hayabusaa2014 reports a problem where a purchased item is not showing up in their account after payment has been made. perfect-sally seems to respond to the post, but does not provide any information or solution.
I bought item no. "bought" and paid with Klarna instant bank transfer- on the 1st attempt the payment window froze and the money was returned after 1 hour...
On the 2nd attempt the money was debited from the account but I can't see it under my purchases- what's going on?
Support contact via the appropriate form always requires an auction number - and every time the form doesn't let me go on because I supposedly did NOT buy the item although the money has been debited...
Could you clarify the matter? if necessary forward it to the responsible person?

Mentor2 months agoWith Klarna, it often happens that the payment fails. The money will be credited back to your account in a few days.
