I can see from your listings that you ship by Deutsche Post letter for € 1.10.

Do you have a tracking number, proof of delivery and receipt? I don’t think so.

And without that, it can take up to 30 days for the amounts to be withheld for buyer protection reasons.

a buyer does not have the option to mark an item as received; there simply is no button for that.

Did you enter the tracking number for the item?

Nope, letter for €1.10 on an order value of 125 euros.

That’s already pretty wild.

You do realize that buyers can shop with you for free?
