The item was blocked by eBay after weeks because it is supposedly counterfeit

Question

I'm furious. I listed for 4000,- euros on Ebay an original watch bought at Wempe in Frankfurt for 8000,- euros. Photos of the receipt, watch, box

attached.

Now Ebay writes that I'm violating a policy, namely that counterfeits may not be traded on Ebay.

Thanks for the post. You have to submit the initial appeal here by email. Please go to the email you received today and scroll down until you see the option „Details show or file a complaint “. From there, you can submit an appeal directly and provide information. I wish you a quick resolution.
