Item did not arrive, case won, fake item received after all, no return address | Members help members

I ordered an Adidas shoe on eBay the week before last. The seller advertised authentic shoes checked by eBay and good service, so I didn’t think much of it and ordered the shoes. When I got the tracking info, I was already suspicious because it said shipper not seller, like with items from China. A few days later the seller was removed by eBay for violations, so after the shoe didn’t arrive I got eBay involved. I won the case and got my money back. Since I’m generally very cautious, I still want to send the shoe back, but there’s no seller anymore and therefore no address, and also not really any help from eBay.Has this ever happened to you? How would you proceed ?Thanks in advance!
