Article came back
Hello everyone,
I sold and shipped a PS5 game. From the tracking, I noticed that it wasn’t picked up. I messaged the buyer. He said he was sick and would pick it up in the next few days. But he didn’t pick it up. I messaged him again without any response. Today the game came back. And now what? How should I proceed here please? Thanks for the help!

Mentor3 weeks agoEither cancel the purchase and refund it in full, or refund the purchase details and deduct the shipping costs.
