Item arrived damaged
Hello, I wanted to assemble my daughter’s new bed today, and when I opened it, what came out blew me away. We got a used bed, there were no instructions included, and there are extremely many signs of use on the wood because it has already been assembled before. I just wanted to ask who you can now contact to take the next steps, because for 189.90, this thing isn’t worth it

how was the item condition described in the listing?
If it said something like,
"Item has already been used and has signs of wear, but no damage",
then in my opinion the seller is off the hook.
If that’s not the case, open the case with the reason:
"Item not as described / damaged"
