According to DHL, the item has arrived, but eBay says it hasn’t arrived yet
Hello,
According to the tracking, the item has arrived with the buyer. On eBay I have no way to adjust the status, and the funds release is still open. What can I do so that it is displayed correctly on eBay and the money is released?

Mentor2 weeks agoFirst of all, a seller can't adjust anything there!
And the tracking on eBay is constantly lagging behind, just wait!
If it's about the item that was sold on 27.7.26, then it can at most have been delivered for a very short time already. You should have a little patience.
If it's a different item that has been delivered for a long time already, then please report back and give the item number.

the tracking on Ebay is always a bit behind. It takes some time before the shipment status updates.
You can’t do anything yourself here.
