Item shipped with a different sender and insured for a lower amount

Hello everyone, the seller informed me that he sent the package with a different carrier at half the stated shipping price. The insurance provided by the carrier is also only €50 for a device that I bought for €300.How do I now get the difference between the stated shipping costs and the actual shipping costs, and since this approach makes me rather uneasy, can I still withdraw from the contract or refuse acceptance?Thank you very much and have a nice weekendScooter
