Item not received, supposedly sent to a Packstation and picked up by unknown persons. | Members help members

I ordered an OOONO CO Driver through my own and only Ebay account and paid with Paypal. Yesterday I got the message that the item had been delivered. Which was not true. The tracking showed that the item was sent to a DHL Packstation (I had never used one before). Supposedly someone picked up the item there last night shortly after 10 p.m. It wasn't me. How can I get help in this case? Strangely, this item does not appear in my account under "purchased items".
